We designed & conducted a 5-day leadership assessment center for a retail company with over 200 retail outlets across the country to identify potential leaders (3 days assessment followed by 2 days of leadership development training for the top 20 performers in the assessment center).
Result: Leaders were identified & 4 “store managers” promoted to “RSM” level.
